  • The conference venue is Revolution Hall. Enter through the main entrance on the west side of building. Registration will be on the second floor. Conference talks will be in the main auditorium, and the quiet area will be located in the Sunset Room. Parking is street parking, and is mostly unrestricted around the venue to the east.

  • We're committed to hosting a conference that's accessible to everyone. Please take a look at our accessibility information page for details. We kindly ask that if you are able to, please refrain from wearing perfume and cologne. A mother's room will be available, ask any staff member for directions.

  • Register early to avoid long wait times. You can register on Friday evening during the opening reception starting at 5:30pm, or on Saturday morning starting at 8:30am on the second floor of Revolution Hall. The conference starts at 9:30am Saturday, so please check in and grab a seat! Take a look at our full schedule for more details.
  • Want to show off your flair? We're having a badge decorating contest! Register early to use our supply of paint, markers, and stickers. Submit your entry by tweeting a picture of your badge with #PyCascades or posting it on our slack before noon on Saturday. The winner will receive an Adafruit CircuitPlayground Express.
  • Development sprints will happen on Monday, February 10th at Revolution Hall. Sprints are free, but please register beforehand so we can provide lunch and snacks. If you have a project you'd like to sprint on submit it via this form. You can read more about our sprints and see the list of participating projects here.

  • Join our Slack to connect with our community before and during the conference. You’ll certainly make friends and it can be a useful resource for getting the best out of your experience.
  • Everyone attending PyCascades and participating in our community online is expected to follow our Code of Conduct.
Lastly, PyCascades is entirely volunteer run. We still need volunteers for the weekend. If you'd like to help make the conference a great experience for others, please fill out this form.

If you have any questions or concerns reach out to us at organizers@pycascades.com. We look forward to seeing you all this weekend and we hope you have a wonderful time at PyCascades.
